The Petitions we currently have online are listed below. Please note that you must sign each individually. A signature for one is NOT valid for any other petition on this site.

Each signature will generate a confirmation request to your email address. You must reply to the confirmation email in order for the system to count your signature as valid.

• UPREPA - Uniform Parental Rights Enforcement and Protection Act - Faxes representatives, senators and the Presidential Candidates requesting the passage of the aforementioned act.

You may also view previous petitions that we have had on this site; these, while still available for signature, no longer generate automated fax or email transmissions to lawmakers. As a general rule we keep all petition data permanently, along with the petitions that generated them.

Please note that in addition to using your signature information to contact your representative and senator(s), we will automatically email you if that Representative or Senator advises us of a decision to either support or oppose the legislation involved. We believe you should know what your Representatives and Senators think of your petitions, and that you should vote for (or against) them based upon their position! We will make it possible for you to do so and be an informed voter in the next election!

Some of our petitions generate automated fax signatures and petition copies to legislators and others. You may view our signature page online. Please be aware that the copy here is of much worse quality than what actually gets faxed due to our desire to keep load times reasonable (even so, with the quality reduction, this is a 70k file - so be patient!) We recommending printing it from your browser if you wish to take a good look at the format and text we send on your behalf.
