SIGN THE ONLINE PETITION
Thank you for your interest in signing our online petition
for Children's Justice. Before we take your signature, there are some
points you should be aware of and agree to:
- Signing this petition indicates your agreement with the following
three documents, and you are stating that you have read them in their
entirety (please take a moment to do so if you haven't already!):
- The Children's Bill of Rights
- The Parent's Bill of Rights and Responsibilities
- Our Legislative Agenda
- This petition is a political statement that you are:
- Demanding passage of the legislative agenda
- Willing and able to vote specifically based upon the any
incumbant's or candidate's actual deeds in the enactment,
or failure to do so, of the Legislative Agenda. That is, you are
willing to vote against a candidate who either refuses to
introduce and vote for said legislation and against one who
"abstains" by doing or saying nothing.
- You are of voting age and are qualified to vote.
- You are a citizen of either one of the 50 United States or the
District of Columbia.
- You are consenting to the release of your signature to political candidates
and legislators at both the State and Federal level. Your signature
will be communicated to those parties.
The system will email you a confirmation message when you
sign the petition. You must reply to that message, leaving its format
intact, to confirm your signature! This feature guarantees that your
signature is valid and protects against you signing in someone
else's name. When you have confirmed your signature you will receive a
reply thanking you for your signature on the petition.
Please note that using this form to "spam" people, or to attempt
to sign in someone else's name, is a violation of federal and state law.
We request that you use this petition feature responsibly.
I have read the above legislative agenda and Bills of Rights and Responsibilities,
and demand immediate introduction and passage of the above legislation.
The above information is my registered voter address, or, if I am not
registered, is my legal address, I am qualified to vote, and will so register
prior to the next election.
