Files, Position Papers, and Selected
Other Information
The following position documents have been written by the site author
and others. You might want to read through some of these to figure out
where the positions that are espoused in this site are grounded, and whether
or not they would make sense for you to adopt.
Before you start with the below list, please take a minute to read my
personal message as to why I have taken
up this crusade. There is a good reason - and I hope you would want
to understand what motivates a professional man to devote his life to
this cause.
Once you've read the above document, come back and look at the selected
materials here. They may give you further insight into the problems and
solutions available to truly fix the mess we face today with our child
custody, divorce and support systems.

Other Sites and Resources
The following sites may have information that is of use to you in your efforts
to effect change. We do not endorse or otherwise back these organizations
or their purposes - although we have at least read their materials. Use
your own judgment and be willing to ask lots of questions!
Two key points to remember
in all of this:
-
You are not alone! There are
MILLIONS of other men out there with the same situation
that you are facing today. Together we can
force change through the soapbox and ballot boxes - two of the fundamental
boxes inherently necessary for freedom.
-
You have only lost for good if you refuse
to fight! Even if your "fight" consists of nothing
other than letters to your Representatives, Senators, Governor and
other officials, you are still in the fight and you can
still effect positive change for yourself and others.
In short - do not give up!
Read some
of these links. There are more of us out here than you may think, we have
voices, and we're not afraid to use them. Let's get organized, coalesce
our opinions, positions and goals, and change the system!
Legal Resources
Need legal help? The following attorney(s) have asked to be included
- note that legal advice is often limited to a given jurisdiction, so
you may need someone in your immediate area - but this is a good start!
If you are a family and children-friendly law firm and would like to
be included in this list, please get ahold of us; after a brief discussion
I'm generally willing to add you here.

Mailing List and Legislator Information
We have put together a form to query our in-house database
that will produce mail-merge capable or HTML-displayable tables with representative
and senator information, along with other selected groups.
Men's and Children's rights groups may use
the query program at will. Following the aforementioned link will
pop up a new window in which you can do your database work.
For information on how you can use this database for functions
such as automated faxing and petition work, please contact
us by email.
